Sports

The sports committee has been actively involved in inspiring students to participate in sports activities and has been organizing sports competitions since the establishment of the college in 2001. Various sports competitions like – races- 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 800 meters, 1500 meters, Javelin throw, Discus throw, Long Jump, High Jump, Chess, Badminton, Volleyball, Cricket among others are practiced before the actual competition. Since the college did not have a sports ground, the students practiced in the field of Government Inter College, Gairsain, such that they perform well in the sports competition.

The college shifted to its permanent address in the year 2015, since then the sports are organized in the College Campus. The winners of various sports competitions are awarded prizes in the Annual Function of the College. The students take a keen and active interest in various sports activities.
